Can I change plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your account settings. Changes will be applied in the next billing cycle.
Do you offer a trial period for paid plans?
Of course! When upgrading to a paid plan, you get 14 days of free trial. If you're not satisfied, you can return to the free plan before the trial ends and won't be charged anything.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment gateway, Stripe.
What does "Unlimited Users" mean in the Agency plan?
It means exactly that. You can invite all your team members to collaborate in your workspace without additional cost per person. We believe in barrier-free collaboration.
How does annual billing work?
When choosing the annual option, you make a single payment for 12 months of service, but we only charge you the equivalent of 10 months. It's the best option to save money and forget about monthly payments.
Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access to your plan's features until the end of the period you've already paid for (month or year).
